Peter’s Cherry Picker Experience

Health & Safety Training Ltd were very happy to welcome Peter to our Benton training centre for his 21st birthday. Peter has cerebral palsy which limits his mobility, but it hasn’t limited his love for all things on wheels, from cars to lorries, and his knowledge of the makes and models of cars would put even the most informed car enthusiast to the test. As well as cars and lorries, he has a particular interest in cherry pickers, but unfortunately model versions of these vehicles are very hard to come by. However, we’ve got something better than a model cherry picker – we’ve got the real thing!

Alan and Barry at our centre showed Peter the various vehicles that we keep here. He also helped to raise the cherry picker up to its maximum height – giving him a great view of the centre and the surrounding areas!

We were very pleased and proud to have helped Peter celebrate his 21st birthday, and we hope he’ll have some happy memories to look back on.
