Health & Safety Training Ltd Expands Operation with New Teesside Training Centres

Established in Newcastle, Tyne & Wear, Durham and Northumberland and working with over 1,500 companies in the North East of England, Health & Safety Training Ltd have expanded our operation as we look to help the unemployed people of Teesside.

We are now able to offer fully funded training including forklift trucks, cherry pickers & scissors lift, mobile scaffold & warehousing for unemployed people on active benefits, from our new training centre in Billingham. And thanks to a new partnership with local plant hire company (C G Robinson), we can also offer heavy plant machinery training such as telescopic handler & dumper truck in Stockton-on-Tees.

We can pay for travel expenses and also give PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for all eligible attendees.

HST provide a huge range of courses to people throughout the North East, working closely with Newcastle & Teesside Job Centres to help those who are seeking employment. Mr Binks continues: “We have now invested to provide training at two new sites in Teesside to deliver the very same training programmes that have been successful for us in Newcastle, helping people gain nationally recognised qualifications that employers are crying out for and to get them back into work.”

With 18 instructors across our new Teesside training centres, we are available to provide comprehensive training across various disciplines and applications for candidates of varying skill levels to help boost your CVs. Courses available range from first aid training to the operation of heavy machinery including forklifts and plant equipment, with all courses accredited by some of the industry’s foremost authorities, including RTITB, NPORS, PASMA and IPAF.
