As an accredited training organisation we are subject to numerous annual inspections to ensure the quality of our training delivery programmes. All of our counterbalance & reach forklift truck training courses are accredited by RTITB and we register every successful candidate onto the RTITB national operators registered database (NORS). Our general plant operator training courses and our short safety training courses are all accredited with the National Plant Operator Registration Scheme (NPORS) and as with our RTITB training every successful candidate is registered onto the National Plant database. This means all persons trained by Health & Safety Training are bona fide operators, and can have their certification checked out to ensure it is authentic and valid by prospective employers or other bodies. We are an accredited NVQ centre and our awarding body is EDI. We are currently visited four times annually by an EDI External Verifier who ensures our NVQ delivery complies with national standards.

Since 2004 we have delivered thousands of government funded training programmes via our partnership with local colleges, and more recently as an approved training provider to the Learning & Skills Council (LSC). Such providers are subject to regular audits and inspections to ensure the quality of training delivery and employer and learner satisfaction with the funded programme. In February 2009 we were inspected for the first time by Her Majesty’s Inspectors from the government department Ofsted and were awarded an overall grade 2 (Good) with inspectors highlighting our key strengths as;
